📦 Processing Times

All orders are made to order and personalised with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.

We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

🚚 Shipping Options

We currently offer shipping within the UK via Royal Mail. At checkout, you can choose from the following options:

Royal Mail 2nd Class

Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after dispatch
Tracking: Not tracked
Best for: Budget-friendly standard delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 48

Delivery Time: 2–3 business days after dispatch
Tracking: Full tracking and SMS/email updates
Best for: Peace of mind with tracking

Royal Mail Tracked 24

Delivery Time: 1–2 business days after dispatch
Tracking: Full tracking and SMS/email updates
Best for: Faster delivery with tracking

💷 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected method. We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!

🎯 Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

🐾 Packaging

All orders are packed with care and attention to ensure your treats arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Where possible, we use eco-friendly or recyclable packaging.

📬 Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of Royal Mail. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays due to postal issues.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll be happy to investigate.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned.
